Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 2026
Nexceed, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates Think Deep. The app is designed to keep private reflection activity on your device, without a Think Deep account or cloud reflection profile. This Policy explains what stays local, what limited information third-party purchase services process, and what we receive if you contact us.
1. Information Stored on Your Device
- Reflection activity: card ratings, favorites, and viewed-card history
- Progress: XP, levels, streaks, and card-view counts
- Preferences: selected themes, locally learned theme weights, appearance, mindfulness delay, and reminder choices
This information is used on your device to operate and personalize Think Deep. We do not receive it through an app account, analytics service, or reflection-sync server.
2. Information Processed for Premium
If the RevenueCat purchase service is enabled in your build, RevenueCat and the applicable app store process purchase history and subscription information needed to offer plans, validate receipts, prevent purchase fraud, provide Premium entitlement, and restore purchases. RevenueCat may process an anonymous app user identifier, device type, operating system, locale or currency information, app version, purchase or restore events, store receipt or purchase token, subscription status, and related timestamps. Think Deep does not send RevenueCat your card ratings, viewed-card history, XP, streaks, reminder choices, or theme preferences.
3. Information You Choose to Provide
If you email or otherwise contact us, we receive your contact details, message, and anything you choose to attach or describe. Please do not send sensitive medical information or private reflection history unless it is necessary for your request and you are comfortable sharing it.
4. Information We Do Not Collect for App Analytics
- No Think Deep account, cloud reflection profile, or remote reflection sync
- No advertising SDK, cross-app behavioral tracking, or sale of personal information
- No general product-usage analytics or remote collection of card activity
- No GPS, precise location, contacts, photos, microphone recordings, or health-sensor data
5. Notifications and Sharing
Reminder schedules are stored and scheduled locally through your device's notification system after you grant permission. Your device platform may process notification delivery information under its own privacy terms. You can change reminders in Think Deep and revoke notification permission in device settings.
Sharing is user-initiated. Think Deep sends only the selected card text or app link to your device's share sheet; it does not attach your ratings, history, streak, or preferences. The recipient or third-party service you select handles what you share under its own terms.
6. How Information Is Used and Disclosed
- To operate and personalize the app locally
- To process and restore Premium entitlement through RevenueCat and the app stores
- To answer support, privacy, legal, and security requests
- To comply with law, enforce our terms, and protect rights, safety, and app integrity
We do not sell personal information, use it for targeted advertising, or share private reflection activity with RevenueCat. We may disclose information you send us to service providers that help us handle email or support, or when required for the legal and safety purposes above. If Nexceed, LLC is involved in a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or asset sale, relevant records may transfer subject to this Policy and applicable law.
7. Retention, Export, and Deletion
Local app data remains on your device until you delete it in Settings, uninstall the app, or the device removes it. You can use Settings > Data Controls to prepare an export on your device or delete local Think Deep data. You choose where to send or save an export. Uninstalling may permanently erase local data because Think Deep does not operate a reflection backup or sync service. Device backups are controlled by your operating-system settings.
Apple, Google, and RevenueCat retain purchase and subscription records under their policies and legal obligations. Deleting local data or uninstalling Think Deep does not cancel a subscription or necessarily delete those records. We retain support and privacy correspondence only as reasonably needed to answer the request, maintain business and legal records, resolve disputes, and protect the app.
8. Data Security
Keeping reflection activity local reduces some privacy risks, but no device or storage method is completely secure. Protect access to your device and use available passcode, biometric, backup, and operating-system security features. Information you export, share, or send to support leaves the app and may be stored elsewhere.
9. Children's Privacy
Think Deep is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information to us through support or another channel, contact us so we can review and delete it as required by law. Parents and guardians should decide whether Think Deep's general reflection content is appropriate for a minor.
10. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
You can change or delete local data in the app, manage notification permission in device settings, manage Premium through your app-store account, and choose whether to contact or share through third-party services. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or an appeal concerning personal information we control. We may need to verify your request, and legal exceptions may apply.
11. International Processing
Nexceed, LLC is based in the United States. If you contact us or purchase Premium, information handled by us or our service providers may be processed in the United States or other countries where privacy laws differ from those where you live, subject to applicable safeguards and law.
12. Third-Party Policies
Apple, Google, RevenueCat, your email provider, your device platform, and services selected from the share sheet have separate privacy policies. Their practices are not controlled by this Policy.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy as Think Deep or legal requirements change. We will revise the Effective Date and provide any notice required by law. Material changes apply prospectively unless otherwise stated or permitted by law.
