Help with ATX Alerts
For app issues, general feedback, privacy questions, or feature suggestions, email [email protected].
An alert appears late or is missing
ATX Alerts presents information obtained from public sources. Availability, timing, location detail, and accuracy depend on those sources and may change or be delayed. Always follow official emergency instructions rather than relying on the app.
Notifications are not appearing
Confirm that the alert types you want are enabled in ATX Alerts and that notification permission is enabled in your device settings. Focus modes and battery-saving settings may also affect notification delivery.
Changing your coverage area
Use the app's area controls to choose the community you want to follow. ATX Alerts does not need your precise GPS location to show area-based public alerts.
What to include in a support email
Please include your device type, operating-system version, ATX Alerts app version, selected area, and a short description of what happened. If reporting a specific alert, include its approximate time and displayed location when available.
Emergency information
ATX Alerts is not an emergency service and does not generate or verify emergency data. In an emergency, call 911 and follow instructions from public authorities.
