Help with ATX Alerts
For app issues, general feedback, privacy questions, or feature suggestions, email [email protected].
An alert appears late or is missing
ATX Alerts presents information obtained from public sources. Availability, timing, location detail, and accuracy depend on those sources and may change or be delayed. Always follow official emergency instructions rather than relying on the app.
Notifications are not appearing
Confirm that your neighborhood or road is selected and that notifications are on in ATX Alerts and your device settings. Focus modes, internet access, and battery-saving settings may also affect delivery.
Finding or changing your neighborhood
Open Settings and choose Neighborhoods. You can select one manually or use Find my neighborhood. When you choose the location feature, the app compares your current location with downloaded neighborhood boundaries on your device; Nexceed does not receive or store that location.
Managing or canceling Premium
Open Settings and choose Manage or cancel subscription, or open Account and select the same option. ATX Alerts will open your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Canceling stops future renewal, and Premium remains available through the period you already paid for. Deleting your ATX Alerts account or uninstalling the app does not cancel a store subscription.
Deleting your account
Open Settings, choose Account, and select Delete account. This removes your account, saved alert settings, and information used to deliver notifications. If you have Premium, cancel it separately through Apple or Google before deleting your account if you do not want it to renew.
What to include in a support email
Please include your device type, operating-system version, ATX Alerts app version, selected neighborhood or road, and a short description of what happened. If reporting a specific alert, include its approximate time and displayed location when available.
Emergency information
ATX Alerts is not an emergency service and does not generate or verify emergency data. In an emergency, call 911 and follow instructions from public authorities.
